About this piece
In Poland a stolnica is part of every kitchen. Pierogi, kluski and Sunday cake dough all start here. It’s the same kind of board I use in my class, so you can make pierogi at home the way we did together. It’s made of natural, untreated wood, so it’s safe for food and grows more beautiful with use.

Caring for it
- Scrape off the dough and wipe with a damp cloth, then let it dry standing up. Don’t soak it or put it in the dishwasher. Rub it with a little food-safe oil now and then.
